Being fit to dive is SO important for many reasons. Pilates is an accessible way for anyone to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility. The equipment we carry around when we're scuba diving is heavy and cumbersome. Having a strong core will make putting on, taking off and moving around in your kit so much easier.
