Park Run for Scuba Diving Fitness

We are not runners by any stretch of the imagination! But by joining in with the fun park run along Blyth Beach coast you get some fresh sea air in your lungs and improve your fitness for diving!
Cardio fitness is very important for scuba diving. The fitter you are, the more able you are to carry your equipment, enjoy the currents, use less air and feel in control of your diving situations.
The course is 5km and can be ran, jogged or walked. It’s just you against the clock and all the other divers there with you having a laugh too.
