Being fit to dive is SO important for many reasons. Improving your cardio means that you'll find it a breeze to swim in currents and waves, plus the entries and exits will be a doddle. Classes are at Project U (literally round the corner from the dive centre) and cost only £5.00 per session. You can pay on the door. Clubbercise is SOO much fun.
